		<description>I agree that a lot of FNW movies give barely a nod to plot or character development, so if you are a viewer who needs those elements to be hooked (not that there&#039;s anything wrong with that) then disappointment will reign. What I appreciate most about the movement is filmmakers were willing to not give a rat&#039;s ass about any filmic conventions and experiment and play. Similar to what the abstract expressionist painters did. A lot of that work leaves me cold but it was groundbreaking, challenging and provocative. Same with FNW, and for that, it deserves its place in cinema history. I&#039;m thrilled that you connected with &quot;Le Samourai.&quot; It is one of the best in any millieu.</description>
